The Photoshop interface is a user-friendly environment with features to easily carry out editing and creative work.

When you open Photoshop you automatically open a new document. The easiest way to make changes to a document is to open the document and then edit it. To do this:

Ada Kingan-Kay

Ada Kingan-Kay (born ) is a Nigerian nurse, businesswoman and politician who is the incumbent Member of the House of Representatives for Adamawa North/Lafia/Zamfara Federal Constituency in Nigeria’s House of Representatives representing All Progressive Congress.

Family
Ada Kingan-Kay is the daughter of Hon. Ahmed Kingan-Kay, a son of the former leader of Nigeria’s main opposition party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ben Ali Gana, and wife Maute. Kingan-Kay is from Dutse, Adamawa State and she is a registered nurse, working in Garki Government Hospital in Minna. Ada is the fourth of his seven children and first daughter.

Kingan-Kay was recently quoted by BBC News stating her stand on women’s right to vote. She said, “To be frank, I am a Christian; you see, I believe that God has promised to bless those who have a good character and I believe that we should honour our mothers, men and women who are always looking out for us and not make them uncomfortable. So I can vote, if God has blessed me, I can.” She added that her mother was very supportive of her running for elected office, which is a feat for an educated woman in the predominantly Muslim northern states in Nigeria.

Kingan-Kay is also a descendant of the Most Worshipful King Hassan I of Morocco.

Education
Kingan-Kay went to primary school at the St Mary’s School in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria, before proceeding to the University of Port Harcourt. Kingan-Kay studied commerce and business administration at Rivers State University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2001 and then studied nursing at the University of Port Harcourt. Kingan-Kay was admitted into the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council in 2002 and became a registered nurse in 2009.

Kingan-Kay works in the emergency department at Garki Government Hospital in Minna.

Political career
Kingan-Kay won Adamawa North/Lafia/Zamfara Federal Constituency in May 2019 parliamentary election.
She polled 4,419 votes to defeat Hadeji Abdullahi Kunur, son of Alhaji Kunur Lulani Falade, by about 7,000 votes. Kingan-Kay is the first woman elected to Adamawa State

Peer support programmes are widely used in mental health services, yet it is unclear what the cost-effectiveness of peer support in terms of its impact on clinical outcomes is. We aimed to address this knowledge gap by estimating the incremental cost-effectiveness of peer support compared to usual care in schizophrenia.

Methods
=======

We conducted a cost-utility analysis to compare the incremental cost-effectiveness of peer support to usual care. Data on patient symptomatology, quality of life and service use were collected from a randomized controlled trial. Costs and outcomes were collected from payers and service providers.

Results
=======

Of 282 patients randomized to usual care or to the intervention, we included 249 patients in the cost-effectiveness analysis (248 in the symptomatology and outcome analyses). There was a statistically significant difference in service use costs between the usual care and the intervention group (p = 0.05). However, the mean values and standard deviations were small. This suggests the study had little ability to detect a statistically significant difference. Most costs were resource use costs with a mean cost per participant of £42 (US\$53) and £44 (US\$56) for the usual care and intervention groups respectively. No statistically significant difference was found between the usual care and the intervention on clinical symptoms (change from baseline to six-month follow up on the PANSS, BPRS and CGI scores), patient quality of life (cost-effectiveness index and the utility score measured by the Q-8D) or quality-adjusted life years (QALYs) (Table [1](#T1){ref-type=”table”}).
