How to sort a two dimensional array without using sort function?

I am trying to sort a two dimensional array. The array is in the following format:
$my_array = array(‘a’=>’2.50′,’b’=>’3.50′,’c’=>’4.50′,’d’=>’5.50′);

I would like to be able to sort the array based on the value inside the first index, but it should be in ascending order.
At the moment, this is my code:
array_multisort($my_array, SORT_ASC, $data);

However this sorts the array based on the key of the elements in the array, not based on the value of each element inside the array.
For example, if I ran the above code, the result would be:
$my_array = array(‘a’=>’2.50′,’b’=>’3.50′,’c’=>’4.50′,’d’=>’5.50′);
$data = array(‘b’=>’3.50′,’a’=>’2.50′,’c’=>’4.50′,’d’=>’5.50′);
array_multisort($my_array, SORT_ASC, $data);

array_multisort is not the way to go here. Sorting an array by a specific parameter is always a tricky thing (think of subarrays etc.).
Use ksort for this purpose.
ksort($data);
$my_array = array_combine($data, $my_array);

or combine with array_map if you want to preserve the $my_

Electrical grid failed to start. Using 5v USB power source?

I have made a small Arduino based device, and installed it on my home 3 phase electrical panel.
Everything worked fine when using the arduino board provided with the ATmega328P Arduino core. I made a very simple blink circuit powered by USB and the power supply is ~100-150mA.
Now I would like to use a 5v power supply and the ATtiny13A Arduino core, but the device is not working anymore.
The arduino board has no power output on the 5v pin.
My guess is that the ATtiny13A is unable to handle such low power, and that the Arduino’s 5v power is somewhere transiting the home electrical panel.
Do you have any idea on where to start looking?

I don’t think my 5v power supply should be too high in voltage. Is there a config file that I should make on the board? The 5v power is from a DC to DC converter, it has a voltage of 5v, current of 3.3A and voltage for in/out is regulated.

As said, the Arduino Uno is designed for 5V system, so if you want to use a 5V power supply, you need to provide some power. I would suggest you connect the power output from the converter to an Arduino clone which has a power jack connector (See: and see if the previous problem is solved.
Also, if you use a 5V power supply, you can use a resistor to limit the current provided by the board, so a 100 Ohm resistor would be enough (100/3.3 = 30 Ohms).

Note that the current is 8mA when not powered, and 12mA when powered at 3.3V, so if you only need to power the board for a few hours a day, 12mA would be ok. And, this would allow you to run the ATtiny13A from a 5
