I have a VBA function in an Excel Workbook that I have added to Outlook’s VSTO project.
The call to my function is valid. But it just doesn’t work.

Again, being your authentic self and thinking about the work that you want to do and what you care about is the most important thing. You can’t be shy or try to play the game a certain way or try to be something that you are not.
One of the things that I think it also helps to do is really find what’s important to you. And I’ve found that there’s often times that I don’t actually know what’s important to me, so I’ll find myself doing the things that I think are important to other people or my boss or the organization or sometimes even my family.
